NOTICE TO CAMPER/GUEST

Campers and guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Isle Of Iberia RV Resort, the Iberia Parish Recreation and Playground Commission, Iberia Parish Government and its employees of all liability for loss or damage to property, injury, or illness to any person arising out of the use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Isle of Iberia RV Resort, the Iberia Parish Recreation and Playground Commission, Iberia Parish Government and its employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property, injury, or illness included but not limited to COVID-19 to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.

 

All health and safety measures related to COVID-19 such as social distancing, hand washing, and extensive cleaning will be adhered to and enforced by campers and guest as set forth by Opensafely.la.gov, Louisiana Department of Health, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
